Beach Volleyball Excellence Fund

After back-to-back record seasons, beach volleyball has shown that they are a competitive Big West program. To continue the momentum, they need your help to sustain competitive and academic excellence. Investing directly into the program’s funding priorities will allow the coaching staff to succeed on the sand and beyond. 

Funding Priorities

1. Facility Improvements: We believe that our facilities are a direct representation of the values of our program and our student-athlete experience. We want to provide the best facility for our student-athletes and our fans. Funds will greatly help us improve court drainage and spectator experience.

2. Traveling Budget: An enhanced traveling budget will help us play a more competitive schedule and a maximum amount of games. By expanding our travel budget, CSUB Beach Volleyball can play in better tournaments and expose the program to a better level of talent.

3. Staff Retention: We have an amazingly dedicated and knowledgeable coaching staff who put in countless hours of their own time to improve our student-athletes. Supplementing the support staff compensation will help us retain the top talent in Bakersfield. Long-term retention provides stability and increases the opportunities for our program's success.
