Women's Golf Excellence Fund

CSUB women’s golf has taken strides in the last couple of years and produced some of the best golf in its history. Women’s golf needs your support to sustain and extend this rapid improvement! Supporting the program’s funding priorities will help student-athletes continue to excel in the classroom and break par on the course.

Funding Priorities

1. Operating Budget: Enhanced operating budget will allow us to travel to high level tournaments across the country. It will also allow us to support student-athletes and keep them winning for CSUB.

2. Coaching Staff: Hiring and retaining the best coaches possible will enhance the athletic development of our women golfers. 

3. Recruiting:  Funds for recruiting will help coaches scout top talent prospects and convince them to become `Runner golfers.

4. Equipment: Funds for equipment are a necessity for the players to perform well and maintain the upward trajectory of the program.

- Broke Individual 18-Hole Score Record in 2023-2024 (x2)

- Broke Team 18-Hole Score Record in 2023-2024

- Broke Individual 54-Hole Score Record in 2023-2024

- Broke Team 54-Hole Score Record in 2023-2024

- Signed 5 new players to join the 'Runner Golf Program in 2024-2025
