Women's Soccer Excellence Fund

With new head coach Bernardo Silva on board, and a strong returning roster, CSUB women’s soccer is ready to take the next step in the Big West. Your support will play a big role in allowing coach Silva to recruit and retain the best student-athletes in the nation. 

Funding Priorities

1. Hiring Staff: Hiring a third assistant coach will allow us to match our opponents' resources and, most importantly, retain quality coaches for longer periods of time, creating consistency for the student-athletes and more opportunities for victory.

2.  Performance Specialist Stipend: A sports performance specialist would work with the athletes on mental skills, training, performance enhancement, and emotional health. This will be a tremendous asset for our program, allowing our student-athletes to achieve their full potential in competition, in the classroom, in the community, and in their personal lives.

3.  Facility Enhancements: Enhancing our training and game facilities will provide better spaces for our student-athletes as they train, practice, and play. It will also allow CSUB women's soccer to attract better opponents and help elevate the profile of our soccer program in the community, in the Big West conference, and across the nation.
